• Lead & grow a brand new team in a brand new store due to open in early 2025! The start date will be March 2025 for the successful candidate.
• Coach, inspire & mentor your team to exceed sales targets & KPIs 
• Leading the way with exceptional consultative customer service skills
• Building relationships with our client base 
• Cultivating a positive team culture in the store
• Managing day-to-day operations including rostering, stock, reporting, compliance and admin.
• This role is a hands-on leadership role and leading from the front!
