Job Opportunity: Showroom Manager:
We are seeking a passionate and personable Showroom Manager to oversee all aspects of a showroom. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, follow up on leads, provide quotes, process sales, and manage visual merchandising. With the store owners planning to step back from daily operations, there is a clear path for you to advance once you’ve mastered the responsibilities.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Inspire and influence a positive sales & service culture by leading from the front
• Provide A+++ service and build customer loyalty by maintaining genuine relationships
• Demonstrate leadership and build engagement
• Continually learn overall product knowledge
• Administrative and operational support for the store
• Support and develop your team of design/sales consultants
• Manage escalations through exceptional communication skills
• Maintain outstanding store presentation and creative visual appeal, including ticketing
• Manage inventory, including stock takes

To Be Successful, You Will Have:

• Be INCREDIBLE with people! This role is all about the customer experience, so you will love people & creating a positive impact on people's lives! 
• 3+ years of retail leadership experience within a sales & design or interior setting
• Experienced in consultative retail sales - you love to take customers on a journey rather than process fast sales and A customer-centric attitude that is second to none in building relationships
• Exceptional visual merchandising skills and creative ideas
• Seamless communication style and confident administrative skills
• The ability to be adaptable, resilient, and approachable 
• Exceptional self-presentation and professionalism
• A forward thinker who is passionate and on board with the business growth plans!
