About The Job:

We’re looking for a dedicated Store Manager to lead our retail store. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our store, ensuring smooth daily operations and a welcoming environment for both customers and volunteers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Implementing our strategic plans while managing the store’s budget to meet financial goals.
• Ensuring all transactions are handled accurately and according to our policies.
• Leading and training a committed team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintaining quality stock and creating appealing displays.
• Addressing customer feedback promptly and fostering a friendly atmosphere.
• Promoting a safe workspace by adhering to health and safety guidelines.

About You:

You are an experienced leader with:

• A background in retail and leading teams or people leadership with an interest in fashion.
• A genuine focus on customer experience and team development.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• A knack for analysing data to drive decisions and improve performance.
