About the Role:
As Store Manager, you will oversee all aspects of a large-format FMCG store, managing a team of up to 50 staff across various departments. You will be in charge of ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations while driving overall profitability and maintaining high performance across the store. You’ll manage perishable goods, applying your expertise in FMCG stock rotations to optimize the store’s efficiency. With full autonomy, you’ll be running the store as if it’s your own business—making key decisions that directly impact the store’s success.

• Proven leadership experience as a Store Manager in a large-format retail environment (FMCG experience is a plus but not essential)
