The role:
As Store Manager of the exciting AND thriving Manawa Bay store, you will be a high-volume, fast paced Store Manager with an impeccable track record of driving sales & customer service. The successful Store Manager will be a driven fashionista who loves building relationships and spending time styling/outfitting and building a wardrobe! This position will see you coach, motivate, and inspire your team through detailed and ongoing training.

Skills and attributes required:

• Track record in driving high performing retail sales teams in a high volume, fashion/styling focused environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to plan and prioritise workloads and delegate accordingly  
• Responsibility, reliability, and trustworthiness
• Commercial awareness
