• Prior experience in luxury sales from either luxury goods, watches, jewellery, or high-end hospitality
• Strong sales experience with a proven track record
• A passion for retail and delivering exceptional customer service
• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to work as part of a close-knit team
• Ability to build lasting relationships with clients and maintain a personal client base
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle high-value transactions with care
• Excellent communication skills

• Deliver exceptional customer service, exceeding client expectations
• Drive sales and achieve KPIs while working closely with the team
• Build and maintain a personal client base to generate future sales
• Stay informed about the latest trends in watches and jewellery
• Assist with general store operations including stock care, visual merchandising, and administrative tasks
