About the Job

Discover an exciting opportunity as an enthusiastic and proactive Assistant Boutique Manager. Join us in ensuring the smooth operation of the boutique. Collaborate closely with the Boutique Manager to oversee sales, service, and operations. Your responsibilities will involve training staff, adhering to company policies, and maintaining an inviting store environment. Additionally, you'll engage with customers, providing exemplary service and setting a positive example to enhance the shopping experience and drive sales.

About the candidate
  • 2+ Years management experience within a similar position in the luxury industry
  • Proactive and dedicated individual with a passion for luxury watches
  • Luxury watch experience is highly desired but not essential 
  • Strong leadership skills, capable of collaborating effectively with team members and management.
  • Excellent communication abilities, adept at providing exceptional customer service.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high standards of presentation and operation within the boutique.
  • Previous experience in retail management or similar roles is preferred.
  • Enthusiastic about representing the prestigious Grand Seiko brand and contributing to its success
