We’re on the lookout for a motivated and ambitious Merchandise Planner to join their talented team. Whether you're an experienced Junior Planner ready to elevate your career or a Merchandise Planner seeking a new challenge in 2025, this role offers the perfect platform to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan & Forecast: Analyze inventory and forecast demand to optimize product assortment and availability.
  • Financial Planning: Develop financial strategies and analyze sales data to drive performance across core categories.
  • Collaborate with Buyers: Support assortment planning and manage Open To Buy budgets.
  • Inventory Management: Optimize stock levels, ensure efficient turnover, and reduce overstock.
  • Market Insights: Use market trends and product performance analysis to inform strategy and product selection.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with e-commerce, marketing, and buying teams for cohesive execution.
  • Promotional Planning: Help execute promotional events and manage markdown budgets.
  • Customer Focus: Gather and act on customer feedback to refine product offerings and enhance the shopping experience.
About You:
  • Proven experience in merchandise planning, with an entrepreneurial growth mindset
  • A strong analytical mindset and excellent numeracy skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and retail software
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and adapting to market changes
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Experience with digital e-commerce or omni-channel operations is an advantage
