What you will be rewarded with:

Skill and Attributes:

• Strong Management experience, ideally 2-3 years management experience within a fast-paced, high volume retail environment 
• Incredibly strong business acumen & commerciality 
• Confidence in leading, training, and developing your team to further their individual growth and maximize the store's performance
• Ability to work well under pressure due to outlet setting 
• Proven experience in stock management & VM
• Strong and effective communication skills
• Excellent customer service standards

About the Role:
As Store Manager of one of their busiest and most high performing locations in the country, you will use your energetic, forward thinking and driven leadership style to lead the store from the front! You will be responsible for managing a team of 12, leading all in store operations and high volume stock management!
