What You'll Be Doing:

• Inspiring and leading store teams to smash sales, service, and KPIs.
• Fostering a high-performance, high-energy culture across your region that encourages engagement, teamwork and a collaborative mentality.
• Building strong relationships with store managers, offering them the coaching and support they need to achieve their best.
• Managing key operational aspects including P&L, sales analysis, recruitment and hiring as well as supporting visual merchandising direction
• Implementing strategic initiatives to drive growth, increase profitability, and improve overall store performance across your region.

Experience Checklist: 

• Proven leadership experience in managing a portfolio of 7+ stores, ensuring strong operational performance and team success.
• Sales-driven mindset, with a demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed targets.
• Passion for people development, with experience in coaching, mentoring, and empowering team members to reach their full potential.
• Strong operational skills, including stock management and visual merchandising, with a focus on maintaining high standards across all stores.
• Experience in apparel, furniture, homewares, or similar retail environments, with a deep understanding of industry-specific operations.
