Premium boutique fashion retailer set to redefine who they are, if you're dedicated to fashion retail then this role is for you!

The Brand 
Orginally established over 30 years ago the brand has been celebrated for its thoughtful, simplistic designs committed to exceptional customer experiences and sustainable New Zealand-made garments. But they are soon to inject some new flavours, spice and flare into their collections and brand, aiming to diversify its customer base, whilst remaining true to their core values. They are looking to find someone with the same passion and enthusiasm to run their new Christchurch CBD Store! 

What You'll Get:
  • $60k - $70k base salary on experience 
  • Monday - Friday roster x 40 hours p/w 
  • Seasonal clothing allowance
  • Personal Bonus for Super Sale

The job: 
As the new Store Manager, you'll bring creativity, energy, and a keen eye for detail and fashion to lead the team. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Maintaining high standards of presentation and delivering premium customer service
  • Supporting a positive team culture and fostering professional development
  • Managing store operations including visual merchandising and inventory control
  • Driving sales and achieving store KPIs
  • Participating in events and meetings for personal and team development
What We Look For:
  • Experience in fashion retail and a passion for personal styling 
  • A love for premium products and delivering exceptional service
  • Confidence in leading a retail team and driving performance
  • Ability to work autonomously as your direct manager is Auckland-based 
  • Only Full NZ Residents or VISA holders will be progressed
