The role 
As the driving force behind your team, you'll inspire, coach, and elevate their potential while boosting sales with your energy and leadership. Own the floor, manage operations, and make an impact in a role where no two days are the same

What you’ll do:

• Inspire and lead your team to excel in KPIs 
• Monitor sales performance closely to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly goals—celebrating successes and wins
• Coach and mentor your team, fostering high morale and continuous growth through training and succession planning
• Deliver exceptional customer service 

We’re looking for:

• A natural leader with 2+ years of management experience in retail (bonus points for large-format or high-volume or outlet experience).
• Someone with a strong track record of meeting sales targets, achieving KPIs, and taking proactive steps to maximise results.
• A go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn’t afraid of a challenge.
• Proven expertise in operational excellence, stock management, and visual merchandising.
