The role & brand:
Our client is a specialist fashion, footwear & accessories retailer who design and produce their own products, unique to the retail market! As Assistant Manager you will be responsible for working alongside the Store Manager driving your team in a fun, fast paced environment! You will support in leading all in store operations including people management, performance management, high-volume stock control & driving sales!

To be considered, you will be:

A strong Supervisor or Assistant Manager who is confident in delegation and driving teams - you will know how to run a store in your Managers absence and understand sales metrics to drive them accordingly
Experienced in high-volume stock management
A hugely energetic, driven and outgoing individual with standout 'get up and go' and spark in your career - you will be able to hit the ground running and get stuck in immediately
A fun but driven and 'firm' leadership style - you are not afraid of challenging conversations and getting the best out of your team
