About the role:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Store Manager. Reporting to the National Manager, you will play an integral part in the day to day operations of this Carindale  location. The stores success is a direct reflection of your ability to drive sales and motivate your team. The better your results - the more you earn. They want to unearth the finest qualities in their people and take development of the team with a passion.

Skills & Experience required:

• The ideal candidate will have previous Store Management experience in a consultative sales environment.
• Must have worked with KPI’s and be an accomplished Sales Professional personally
• Inspire and coach a driven team to achieve their targets and KPI’s
• Run the business as though you OWN IT! 
• Be able to build and understand your VIP clientele and take care of them through the customer journey
