About the role:

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to own and elevate the organic presence across all social platforms. You will lead social strategy, collaborate with content creators, and engage our communities, ensuring that we remain the best in premium fashion on social media worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute an innovative, data-driven social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Work closely with content creators to ideate, brief, and execute high-impact social content.
• Foster meaningful relationships with customers, retailers, and influencers through active engagement and storytelling.
• Track performance, analyze trends, and adjust strategies to ensure continuous growth and engagement.
• Mentor and manage the Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to drive best-in-class execution and customer experience.

What you'll need

• Previous experience in social media management (fashion industry experience is a plus).
• Strong proficiency in social media scheduling and analytics tools.
• Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to adapt brand voice.
• Experience with content creation (both behind and in front of the camera is a bonus).
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze insights and optimize for success.
• Passion for social trends and the ability to pivot strategies to stay ahead of the game.
