Your New Role: 

As a Watchmaker, you will be responsible for servicing, repairing and maintaining an exclusive range of high-end timepieces. You will work with cutting-edge tools and techniques to ensure every watch functions with absolute precision. Operating in a collaborative and professional workshop, you will uphold the highest standards of technical excellence, following strict brand and industry guidelines.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Performing full servicing, including disassembly, cleaning, lubrication, assembly and timing adjustments for mechanical and quartz movements
  • Identifying faults, conducting detailed diagnostics and determining appropriate repair solutions
  • Carrying out precision tests, including water resistance, timing accuracy and power reserve assessments
  • Refinishing cases and bracelets while preserving original finishes and aesthetics
  • Ordering and fitting authentic parts such as dials, hands, crowns and gaskets in accordance with manufacturer specifications
  • Maintaining accurate records of services and repairs, ensuring compliance with brand and warranty requirements
  • Working closely with internal teams, sharing expert knowledge and providing guidance on after-sales service inquiries
The Experience Checklist:
  • Formal Watchmaking Certification (WOSTEP, SAWTA, or similar) or significant hands-on experience in a professional workshop
  • Proven experience servicing luxury timepieces, including automatic, manual and quartz movements
  • High attention to detail and precision, ensuring all repairs meet brand and industry standards
  • Strong technical expertise in diagnostics and troubleshooting for complex mechanical and quartz movements
  • Ability to work independently and within a team, maintaining efficiency in a structured workshop environment
  • Strong organisational skills to manage workflow, documentation and service timelines
