Your Role: 

As an Area Manager for NSW; you'll play a crucial role in overseeing and enhancing the performance of your store network. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing operations, and leading a talented team to ensure outstanding customer experiences. This is the perfect role for someone who likes to jump into the shop floor when visiting their teams and lead from the front.
  • Manage and support a strong portfolio of stores across NSW, ensuring each location meets company standards and performance targets.
  • Lead and develop store teams through effective training, recruitment, and performance management.
  • Drive sales performance, enhance store operations, and implement strategies to achieve weekly and monthly targets.
  • Provide consultative support on product features and fitting, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction when visiting each location. 
  • Oversee and enhance visual merchandising to align with brand standards and attract customers.
  • Facilitate ongoing training and development programs to enhance team skills and performance.
  • Contribute to the expansion of the store network and adapt strategies to new store openings and growth initiatives.
The Experience Checklist: 
  • 2+ years experience in area management within the retail industry - (fashion, footwear or accessories). 
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams with a people-focused approach rather than 'back-of-house' management style. 
  • Demonstrated success and growth in previous area or regional management roles, with a proven ability to effectively communicate these achievements.
  • Demonstrated consultative sales experience with a focus on utilising in depth product knowledge throughout the customer service experience.
  • Valid driver's license with vehicle to be able to travel across each location (travel allowance provided on top of base salary).
