The role: 
This role will see you leading a large team including a number of Department Managers, Stock Managers & Visual Merchandisers in a highly operational, fast-paced environment! You will be responsible for monitoring stock levels, overseeing loss prevention, driving KPIs & inspiring your team to succeed! 

To be successful, you will be: 

• An experienced retail manager within a high-volume apparel setting
• A proven retail leader who has led team sizes of 20 + 
• Experienced in high-volume stock/inventory management 
• Operationally minded with the ability to implement initiatives to drive productivity
• Able to thrive in a high-pressure, fun & fast-paced environment
