About the Role:

We’re looking for a results-driven Store Manager to take charge of a well-established store in Kalgoorlie. Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving sales, managing store operations, and leading a high-performing team.

• Lead and develop a motivated store team. 
• Drive a strong store culture by embodying company values and leading by example.
• Recruit, onboard, and coach team members for operational excellence.
• Oversee stock management, merchandising, and store presentation. 
• Implement strategies using sales reports to drive performance.
• Manage rosters effectively to balance customer satisfaction, team well-being, and budgets.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain store compliance in all day to day operations.

• Proven retail management experience leading teams of 8+ people.
