What You’ll Be Doing Leading & Inspiring a Multi-State Team

• Oversee 30+ stores and coach 6 Area Managers to drive performance and business success
• Act as the 2IC to the Head of National Operations, stepping in when needed
• Lead recruitment, training, performance management, and team development across your region

Driving Business & Strategic Growth

• Develop and implement financial and operational strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Ensure stores meet KPI benchmarks including conversion rates, ATV, IPT and YoY growth
• Provide financial reports and insights to support business decision-making

Staying Hands-On & Customer-Focused

• Work in-store with teams, coaching and supporting them to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Ensure visual merchandising, stock operations, and inventory control are executed effectively
• Stay on top of trends and product drops, making real-time business decisions

Who We’re Looking For

• Proven Regional or State Management Experience in fashion or youth-focused retail
• A Hands-On Leader who thrives in-store, engaging with teams and customers, this role will still have you interacting with your customers and being present with your teams - your office will still be your stores
• Financially & Strategically Minded, with the ability to analyse reports, plan budgets and drive KPIs
• Passionate About Fashion & Styling, with a strong understanding of retail trends
• Able to lead and engage a team and customer base
• Adaptable & Fast-Paced, thriving in a high-growth, ever-evolving environment
• Comfortable with Travel & Being On-Call, including weekend calls and late-night trade involvement as needed to support your teams
