As the Assistant Manager at their flagship Perth CBD showroom, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading and mentoring a high-performing team, ensuring an outstanding customer journey while overseeing smooth store operations.

Your Role:

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 8+ to exceed sales and KPIs
• Drive team engagement and cultivate a high-energy, results-driven culture
• Develop and enhance customer service standards to create lasting relationships
• Oversee store presentation and visual merchandising for maximum appeal
• Manage stock accuracy, store policies, and daily operational processes
