Join a Nationally recognised brand as a Store Manager at their high-performing Parramatta location! Reporting to the Area Manager, you will lead, inspire and coach your team to exceed sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout.

About You: - 1-2+ Years experience as a Store Manager or Flagship Assistant Store Manager position
- Confident in people leadership and developing your teams to success!

- Experience with meeting and exceeding Sales & KPIs
- Ability to lead by example and drive business goals whilst promoting a positive team culture
