• Monitor risk assessments, SWMS allocation, and training compliance
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.

• Recruit, onboard, and develop technicians and service coordinators.
• Identify training and upskilling opportunities for the team.
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• 5+ years experience in a HVAC service management or operational leadership role.
• Strong team leadership, rostering, and workforce planning experience.
• Background in service business operations, field service, or maintenance.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of workplace safety regulations and industry compliance.
• Australian Driver’s Licence & OHS Construction Induction (White Card) required.
