Our client is a leading retailer whose goal is to improve the well-being of the world through the outdoors. They are seeking a strong Store Manager to lead their Blenheim store!

The Job: 
This role is for an experienced manager and requires strong knowledge and confidence in the following retail operations:  
  • Leading a team of 5+
  • Stock control - large volumes of stock, stocktake and loss prevention
  • Visual merchandising and promotional setups
  • HR Functions - performance reviews, disciplinary issues, recruitment 
  • Rostering, weekly reporting & administration duties
  • Sales coaching and product knowledge training to develop your team 
  • Thinking strategically to drive business growth and achieve KPIs/targets
About you:
  • 3+ years management experience in a similar retail environment - high volume/large team/large format w
  • A passion for providing an outstanding customer service experience
  • Confident in retail operations, driving sales and people management
  • A go-getter attitude, positive energy and motivation to progress your career
  • Full NZ Working Rights
