About the Role:

Our client, a well-established and community-focused FMCG retailer, is seeking a Store Manager for their Cloncurry location. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a team of 50 staff and make a positive impact in a growing regional community.

As Store Manager, you will oversee daily store operations, drive sales, manage staff, and maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage store operations, stock, and merchandising.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of 50 staff.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Build relationships within the local community.
  • Drive sales and maintain high service standards.

  • Location: Cloncurry, QLD
  • Salary: $90K base + $5K remote allowance + Super
  • Team Size: Lead a team of 50 staff
  • Relocation Support: House (unfurnished) and relocation assistance provided
  • Start Date: Late May / Early June
