Our client is seeking a styling & customer service focused individual to lead the team in their beautiful Flagship Whangarei location!
 
They are an empowering ladies fashion brand who pride themselves on their seamless customer experience in store! 

What you will be rewarded with:
  • $55k-$60k base + kiwisaver
  • Long-standing, stable brand who are known to all ladies
  • Flagship location - busy, fun & rewarding environment!
  • Generous staff discount + incentives
  • Sunday-Thursday roster with NO LATE NIGHTS!
  • 1% commission on sales 
  • Fun team of 8, soon to be 10!
In this role, you will be responsible for:
  • Building/nurturing long-term customer relationships
  • Providing premium customer service standards to all customers
  • Leading the way with styling in an intimate setting
  • Driving strong KPI and sales performance with the team 
  • Participating in team reviews and goal setting for your team
To be successful, you will be:
  • Experienced in leadership from retail - this could be within fashion, footwear or accessories
  • Confident and driven individual - you are experienced in having difficult conversations and leading high-performers
  • Confident in leading one on one styling sessions & leading the team by example, as well as solo decision-making
  • Reliable, trustworthy and punctual due to open and closing the store
