About the Job: 

As a Client Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our discerning clients, providing a personalised and luxurious shopping experience. You will assist customers in selecting the perfect pieces that align with their individual style, needs and preferences. By building strong, lasting relationships, you'll ensure that clients feel valued and understood. Your responsibilities will include maintaining an in-depth knowledge of collections, sharing styling advice and managing the sales process from start to finish. Additionally, you’ll work closely with the team to achieve sales targets and uphold the brand's high standards of service and excellence. Your role will also involve staying up to date with the latest trends and products to offer insightful guidance to customers.

About You: 

• 2+ Years experience within luxury retail as a Client Advisor or Sales Associate 
  
• The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Mandarin and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
• Experience building prospective clientele and Managing a portfolio of clientele
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Passionate about luxury fashion and customer service
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
