The role:
You’ll play a key role in supporting the Store Manager with daily operations, while leading your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and smash sales targets.

• Coach, motivate, and uplift your team to smash sales targets and KPIs.
• Deliver standout, consultative service that leaves a lasting impression.
• Build meaningful connections with customers who’ll keep coming back.
• Nurture a positive, people-focused team culture every single day.
• Oversee daily store operations. 

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has proven 3 years of leadership experience in retail, ideally within furniture, big box, or large-format settings.
• Demonstrates strong consultative sales and exceptional customer service skills.
• Confident in managing the full sales process, including administration.
• Communicates with clarity, empathy, and a solutions-focused approach.
• Thrives in small teams and excels at fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
• Consistently exceeds sales and KPI targets.
