About the role:
You’ll be the driving force behind an energetic and purpose-led team. This is a dynamic leadership role where you'll oversee multiple operational touchpoints—ensuring everything runs smoothly while fostering a high-performing, guest-focused culture.
From leading recruitment and managing rosters to supporting HR processes and team development, you’ll empower store teams to shine. Your day-to-day will involve analysing performance metrics, enhancing the in-store experience, and aligning operations with broader strategic goals. You’ll also play a key role in areas like visual merchandising, shrinkage reduction, customer insights, and local marketing—ensuring each store embodies the spirit of the brand.
