Large Format Store Manager – Super Mega Flagship | Manukau
We’re partnering with a global leader in sports fashion retail, known for its massive international footprint, trend-driven product offering, and bold, high-energy store environments. With over 3,000 stores worldwide and continued growth across Australia and New Zealand, this brand is expanding fast and setting the pace in the market.

They're looking for a commercially-driven Large-format Store Manager to lead their super-mega format store in Manukau. This is a large-scale leadership opportunity with genuine succession into one of their biggest doors in the network.

About the Role:

• Lead a large team including ASM, 3IC, Senior & Junior VM, 4 Department Managers, plus a large team of Supervisors and Sales Assistants 
• Drive store performance across all key commercial metrics – sales, wage control, conversion, UPT, ATV
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience while also setting the standard for VM and operations
• Build a strong, service-focused culture that empowers team members and drives results
• Act as a pipeline leader for the brand’s top-performing NZ location 

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven leadership in a single-site store with $10M+ turnover or across a multi-site retail portfolio
• Experience in driving performance within high-volume apparel/footwear retail is essential
• Strong commercial acumen and a strategic, analytical mindset
• Skilled in driving performance, building culture, and managing high-volume stock and foot traffic
• Retail backgrounds in fashion, footwear or sportswear preferred
