Valeen has built a strong background in BPO, RPO, and global recruitment. With seven years of experience in recruitment, she possesses a comprehensive understanding of various recruitment strategies and methodologies, which has enabled her to effectively address complex hiring needs and streamline talent acquisition processes for numerous organizations.

Valeen has also honed her interpersonal communication skills and detailed approach to interviews. Additionally, she has considerable experience in the marketing side of sourcing candidates for local recruitment in the Philippines.

Outside her recruitment career, Valeen also has a passion for the food business industry. As a start-up online entrepreneur, this allows her to blend a passion for food and e-commerce skills driving innovation in the online marketplace.

In her free time, Valeen enjoys cooking, binge-watching TV series and movies, and playing mobile and puzzle games. Combining these activities with her career in recruitment and passion for entrepreneurship helps her maintain a healthy work-life balance.
