Alicia has over four years of recruitment experience across various industries, including security, construction, healthcare, and travel. She has specialised in retail roles and has managed the end-to-end recruitment process, entailing sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates, particularly during her tenure at a world-renowned travel company.

Alicia is a dedicated professional with a passion for people and a strong affinity for the luxury sector. She specialises in identifying and recruiting top talent for businesses, taking great pride in her commitment to candidate care. Alicia understands the importance of balancing the needs of both candidates and companies, ensuring a seamless recruitment process. She is also proud to hold a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Auckland.

In her free time Alicia enjoys shopping with her girlfriends, spending quality time watching horror films with her 2 younger sisters and eating an excessive amount of ramen with her husband.
